Data we collect

hdbdata.com does not require an account. We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-PFGG6433WR) to understand aggregate usage patterns — pages visited, approximate location, device type. No personal identifiers are collected by us.

Third parties

Public HDB resale transaction data is fetched from data.gov.sg. Site is hosted on Vercel. Analytics is provided by Google. Each of these has its own privacy policy that applies to their respective processing.

Cookies

Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser to deduplicate visits. You can disable these in your browser settings.
